"Really happy with how it turned out"
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. In my opinion, it feels nicer than what you usually get for this kind of product, the material doesn’t feel cheap at all, and it actually looks like the photos. I’ve used it a few times already, and so far it’s holding up really well. I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered from ynotitalian.com and, i’m not sure if I’d rush to order again. The shipping took a lot longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering what was going on. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery experience was frustrating.

I tried using the site and it just feels kind of clunky. Pages was loading slow, and I keep having to click around to find what I needed.

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
Ordered from ynotitalian.com i kind of regret not checking them out earlier. The food was a better value than I expected, the portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh. For the price, it really didn’t feel like I was overpaying. Definitely the kind of place I’d order from again when I’m too tired to cook.

The refund took longer than I expected, so that was a bit annoying. But I can’t say they didn’t sort it out in the end, because they did. It wasn’t no huge issue, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"Honestly, it felt authentic"
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but this actually tasted legit. I figured if the ordering was easy and the food hit the spot, it’s only fair to say something. Definitely felt more authentic than I expected.

"Helpful service and quick too"
I had a good experience with their customer service. To be fair, my issue wasn’t super complicated, but they still responded quickly and helped me get it sorted without any hassle. I appreciated that they didn’t make it feel like a big ordeal.
